Your Right to Withdraw (EU & UK Customers)

Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Exceptions:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible.
• Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded are exempt.
